The proposal utilises internal timber construction and mezzanine floor structures to create space for new uses including co-working, sports, education, workshops and galleries, restaurants, meeting spaces and performance venues. A shift toward active urban travel allows the existing large car-parks to be greatly reduced. This creates space for new build housing set between existing structures in turn interspersed with parkland, play-space and increased bio-diversity.
